July Chapter Meeting:
Fourth Annual Architectural Hunt

Grab a map, the clues, a compass, and comfortable shoes-
it is our fourth Annual Architectural Scavenger Hunt!

This year we will be focused on History in the Yamhill District, the oldest part of the city. Home to Portland's first commercial district many of the origional wooden buildings were destroyed in the Fire of 1873, and were replaced by the cast-iron storefronts you see today. Come and test your architectural knowlege!

Each team will be be given a map and clues about each building's exterior facade and historical relevance. The team with the most correct answers wins!

This is a great event for meeting up with friends or making some new ones.

Meet us on July 14th at 5:30pm at the northeast corner of 2nd and Oak.

After the Scavanger Hunt, the winner will be announced at Kells Irish Pub, 112 SW Second Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. Each attendee will be responsible for their own bill at the pub.
