Pam Borton stands apart with 27 years of experience coaching women’s Division I college basketball — including 12 years as head coach at the University of Minnesota. Handling the pressure and expectations of a highly visible and public role taught Borton how to thrive in an extremely competitive environment.

Having spent decades successfully mentoring and leading people and teams, Borton co-founded TeamWomenMN in 2011, a non-profit dedicated “to inspire, support, and encourage women to reach their full potential.”
