Taking time for ourselves is not always easy and yet we understand how important it is. We believe in the power of honoring our sacred feminine spirit and invite you to step into this space with your heart and soul.
We've created a special day to explore our spiritual journey, to create, to bring some calm into our busy lives, practice mindfulness, meditation, dance, and to PLAY!
We will play with mixed media/painting techniques, using the canvas as a place to explore the roles and various hats we wear as women. We'll laugh (and maybe cry) as we make new friends, soak up those aha moments, and connect at a deeper level.
