2015 Positive Aging Expo

Thursday, August 27, 2015!

Plans are underway for the 8th Annual Positive Aging Expo.  This year's event will be held on Thursday, August 27, at the Richland County Fairgrounds (Fairhaven Hall)  from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  (Set up is from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.)

The theme is "Home on the Range."  Booth decorations and costumes are strongly encouraged - let's make this fun for the attendees! 

 PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to overwhelming response and growth experienced since the inception of this event and the focus on "Positive Aging," we are asking each organization to provide information on how you will depict "Positive Aging" at your booth.  The AAA reserves the right to deny any organization participation in the Positive Aging Expo if this conditioin is not met or if the number of like agencies exceeds the desired number.

 

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

 Event Sponsor  $500 - Benefits of this sponsorship include your choice of Expo booth space in the center aisle, your company name/logo on t-shirts (two shirts provided), media exposure prior to the event, inclusion in printed materials, stage presentation (1-2 minutes), and curtained booth with table and chair.

Water Sponsor  $250 (limit of four) - Benefits of this sponsorship include space in the center aisle, your company name/logo featured on water bottles provided to Expo participants, inclusion in printed materials, media exposure, and curtained booth with table and chair.  **NO LONGER AVAILABLE**

  Vendor Space  $100 + $25 Door Prize - All vendors will be provided with a curtained booth, table, and chair.  Booth space for vendors is limited, so register today!
