Hotel Reservations: For your convenience, there are special group rates available at the following hotels. Please make your own hotel reservations before midnight, July 9. After that time, rooms and rates will no longer be guaranteed.

Hilton Garden Inn - King Room, $129/night
Fairfield Inn - King Room, $99/night and King Deluxe, $109/night 

Transportation:
From O'Hare Airport, use the Rockford/O'Hare Shuttle Bus, which departs every hour from each terminal at O'Hare. The Rockford bus depot is within walking distance of both the Hilton Garden Inn and Farfield Inn. We will provide transportation to and from the hotel every day of the conference, as well as a shuttle back to Chicago O'Hare Airport on Saturday.
