Crowdfunding is a new opportunity for raising funds that can be of great advantage to new and growing businesses. This workshop will provide information on the four types of crowdfunding – Lending, Reward, Donation and Equity – and will help you to understand if one of these types is right for you. We will also cover the JOBS Act, which is establishing new regulations for equity crowdfunding, and we'll provide you with some basic strategies and tips for running a crowdfunding campaign.
