WITH OUR NEW SERIES ON MINDFULNESS
Each summer, Floricane creates and hosts a low-cost, high-impact series of workshops called the Summer of Self-Discovery. It's a way for us to connect with new communities of people, and to explore new ideas together. This year, it is also a way for us to partner with an organization that is way cooler than we are -- The Chrysalis Institute.
Join Floricane and The Chrysalis Institute this July and August as we take you through an unforgettable exploration of mindfulness -- in mind, body and spirit. Faculty from Chrysalis will take participants through a series of creative and reflective activities, explore specific ways to get more intentionally engaged with the world within and around you, and leave you feeling more grounded and connected.
If you haven't been paying attention, mindfulness has been getting a lot of attention lately.
Each session in the four-part series will feature a mix of physical and creative exercises, presentations from Chrysalis faculty, great food, and plenty of opportunity to make new connections and do a bit of personal reflection! Sessions will be held once a week from 4pm until 7pm starting July 21. You can register for the entire series at a reduced rate, or for individual sessions.
