Join Debbie Lonnee, our Plant Developement Manager to preview the fabulous new introductions for 2016.  You will get a sneak peek at some of the exciting varieties being added to our Endless Summer, First Editions, Easy Elegance product lines, and more!

9:30-10:15 - Merchandising to the Time-Starved Consumer

Did you know the average consumer is willing to give you less than 20 minutes to make your best pitch? In this session, Alec Charais, Marketing & Communications Manager, will discuss strategies to capture the sale for the time sensitive. Topics include selling & merchandising tips that can be used across multiple departments.

10:30-11:30 - Leveraging Brands to do the Heavy Lifting

In this session, Brand and Business Development Manager Natalia Hamill will discuss what goes into building a successful brand. No matter if you are building your name around a specific product like Endless Summer® or Easy Elegance®, or building the name of your own brand, Natalia will have some specific examples of what and what not to do.

Bailey Nurseries’ Public Relations & Communication Specialist Ryan McEnaney leads a panel of
