Women's Recovery Retreat 2015

The retreat is currently on a wait list for FULL PAY REGISTRATIONS. If someone should drop out, we will go down the list contacting people who are on this list to see if they are still interested in attending.

“Drop the Rock” The Women's Recovery Retreat 2015 is a weekend of fun, fellowship and spiritual growth! Drop the Rock (burden) of those character defects that get in the way of your happiness and service. Make your own wand to celebrate your character assets. The retreat is packed with FUN, INFORMATIVE and INSPIRATIONAL activities.

The A2WG Women's recovery Retreat has:

a scheduled program
great food, snacks, fresh baked goods to take home
yoga, labyrinth walking, quiet reflection, 12 step meetings
S’mores making at the beachside fire pit, drumming, dancing
swimming, sunbathing, lounging, fellowshipping
the “no-talent” talent show
crafts and a charm ceremony

Fees

Once we reach full capacity for full pay registrations, a waiting list will start. Scholarship applications will remain open until the July 17th.

Early Registration cost: $165 (if paid or postmarked by July 17)

Regular Registration cost: $175 (if paid after July 17)

*Scholarship Deposit: $30 + whatever else you can contribute financially

If you cancel, your registration fee will go toward a scholarship for the following year.

July 17th is the cut-off date to get your application and $30 deposit in. For those in dire need, please call Cathy Freeman at 734-665-8471 to negotiate the $30 deposit

We pick scholarship recipients through a drawing on July 23rd. If your name is not drawn for a scholarship, you will get the $30 back. If you do receive a scholarship and then cancel, you forfeit the $30.

We ask scholarship recipients to do up to 5 hours of service work before or during the retreat.
