Rev. Patrick Friday

Patrick is the Director of In Mission Together (IMT) for Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church. IMTis a global partnership network which equips conferences, districts, churches and individuals for long-termpartnerships with long-term impact. He leads a team of partnership coordinators who facilitate missionalengagement within the United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. They provide training in bestpractices for mobilization, multiplication and movement strategies.

He developed the 50/50 PartnershipCovenant for long-term, asset-based development which is based on five core values: church planting,spiritual formation, community development, preventing dependency through self-sufficiency andcommunication through social networking.

Rev. Gaston Warner

Gaston is the Executive Director of ZOE, facilitating the empowerment of more than 20,000 orphans and vulnerable children in multiple African countries. He is an ordained elder in the Texas Conference of the UMC. Gaston has led congregations in inner-city, multi-ethnic, and suburban settings, from Chicago to Bristol, England. He has served on numerous non-profit boards and as a staff member for Habitat for Humanity, Duke Divinity School, and Duke Chapel. 
 

Ms. Leigh Delashaw

Leigh is a dedicated team member of the In Mission Together Partnership Program for Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church.  She is a gifted speaker, 50/50 facilitator and missional strategist.  Leigh is a COPE certified poverty simulation facilitator. In addition to her passion for partnering with the poor, she has worked with several mission based initiatives locally and globally. The integration of missional engagement with children’s ministry has been her passion for over 20 years enabling children of all ages to embrace the concept of inclusion for all of God’s people. 

Rev. Cayce Stapp

Cayce is Pastor and Director of Domestic and International Mission Ministries at the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas.  Cayce has a Master of Divinity from Duke University and an International MBA from USC. He has lived abroad both in Mexico and Costa Rica, and has studied in England.  His work over the years has taken him to more than 25 countries. Prior to entering the ministry, he was a Vice President in Corporate and Government Banking for more than 10 years.

Mr. David Phipps

David is a retired School Counselor living near Dayton, Ohio. He became involved in missions shortly after graduation from Bethel College in Indiana. His understanding of missions took a leap forward through Community HealthEvangelism (CHE) training. Since that time, he has joined the In Mission Together team as Partnership Facilitator for several West African countries. David is currently on New Path Board at Ginghamsburg, works on "Neighborhood Transformation" in Trotwood, OH, where Ginghamsburg's most recent church launch is located.
