You are invited to join us for a hands-on workshop with award winning illustrator Priscilla Burris. Priscilla is The SCBWI National Illustrator Coordinator. .
BIO
Priscilla Burris is an Author/Illustrator, an alumni of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), and the National Illustrator Coordinator & Advisor for the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators (scbwi.org) as well as a member of their Board of Advisor.
Priscilla is the illustrator for Mom School, I Love You All Day Long, The The Heidi Heckelbeck Series, Humphrey’s Tiny Tales Series, Maggi and Milo, Edgar’s Second Word, Isabelle & Isabella’s Little Book of Rules. She lives in Orange County, California.
WORKSHOP:
Priscilla will guide you into the process of updating your portfolio and marketing materials to help set you apart from the rest. This is a great opportunity to get your work ready to be seen at the SCBWI Summer Conference in Century City or at the SCBWI SoCal Editor's Day in October in Fullerton, California.
Materials to Bring: Portfolio, Promo Sheet or business cards, sketch paper and art tools.
