So come and immerse yourself into a deliciously rich bath of sound healing and heart meditation with the sacred medicine partnership of Wild Mayan Cacao from Guatemala. A sweet sonic and physical surrender into stillness, allowing you to tune into the music and knowing wisdom of your heart. Allowing. Relaxing. Letting go. Being.
The journey will be guided by Thomas Kiernan, sacred sound facilitator who loves to play with the alchemy of sound and cacao. He has been journeying with the cacao spirit and a chocolate shaman in Guatemala for years and holds a space of loving support, trust, surrender and allowance of your flow. He will be sharing magical sounds from his many instruments including 528 hz solfeggio crystal bowl, tibetan singing bowls, angel harp, native american flutes and drum, chimes, gong, shruti and voice. We will also be journeying with the vibrations of planets and astroids through specially designed sacred tuning forks. And last but not least we will be toning and chanting with our hearts.

Thomas Kiernan is a sound healer journeying with the cacao spirit and a chocolate shaman in Guatemala for years. He loves to play with the alchemy of sound and cacao. We hold a space of loving support, trust, surrender and allowance of your flow - and we will help you connect to your healing power through sound.
There are many health benefits of cacao, naturally occurring antidepressants, bliss chemicals, antioxidants, and heart openers to facilitate better heart health, to name a few. The cacao here referred to and with which Thomas is working with, is wild-crafted and carefully selected, and therefore, not hybridized as plantation cacao, meaning it still contains its connection with the spirit of cacao (not often found in even good quality raw chocolate found at health food stores).
