Tickets purchased after that time can be picked up at AIA East Bay between 9am-6pm during the week of August 3rd. Or, you can pick them up at the tour day headquarters (location TBA).
The minimum age to attend is 12 years. If parents wish to bring a child to the tour, one parent will be asked to remain outside the homes with the child at all times. Babies may be carried in a front-facing chest-carrier or baby sling. Strollers, back-carriers, and "babes in arns" are not allowed.
Footwear...
All tourgoers are provided protective shoe covers to wear when entering each house. Contractor boots, high heels, and flip flops are not advised.
Is the tour fully accessible to the disabled?
These private homes often have stairways and steep driveways that require some walking and maneuvering. We apologize but access is not available for the disabled.
