Brenda Buenviaje
Chef Brenda, owner of French Soul's Food, and Meat & Three, is a successful business owner and serial entrepreneur.  Brenda grew up in New Orleans, LA.  In 1997, Brenda moved to San Francisco and landed her first Executive Chef position at the notable fusion pioneer Oritalia. Over the last 10 years in the Bay Area, Buenviaje has worked as Head Chef of Sumi in the Castro, Head Chef of Café Claude in downtown San Francisco.  In 2007, Brenda decided to open her own place serving her interpretation of “French Soul Food” in a casual atmosphere. From day one the response has been overwhelming!  Renaissance is proud to celebrate Brenda as our client!

Aimee Golant
Metal Artist
Endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Pope Francis, Aimee Golant is an interfaith advocate, a sixth generation metal artist, and a granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, originally from Los Angeles, California. Upon her graduation from San Francisco State University, she began her career as a metal artist creating Judaica and jewelry. She exhibits and sells her unique metal art internationally.  Aimee is a Renaissance gratuate and we are proud to have her on this panel. Her arts can be found at: http://aimeegolant.com/
