Complex Leave Issues 

Join KTC to learn about the requirements of various leave and disability laws and how these laws interact in complex employment situations. Some examples include:

• pregnancy and child birth related disability and parental leave
• on-the-job injuries
• leave as an accommodation of disability
• the Family Medical Leave Act
• State and local sick leave laws
