How to Bring Your “A Game” Every day and Bring Out the Best in Others

With David Lee

Whether you have an official title that designates you as a leader or you are an individual contributor, you have the ability to make a HUGE difference where you work. You have a huge opportunity to improve morale, foster teamwork, and bring out the best in others... by knowing how to consistently bring YOUR best self to work. When you bring your "A Game" to work, when you bring your Best Self to work, others are more likely to:

  • Listen to your ideas
  • Want to collaborate with you
  • Care about what you think
  • Be THEIR best around you

In this program, you will learn:

  • The one behavior that separates high influence, high performance people from low performance and low influence people, and how to make sure you’re doing this.
  • Two simple, yet powerful, practices you can use to both boost your own happiness level (and therefore your personal magnetism) and create a more positive work environment.
  • How to use the power of Mindfulness to boost your skill at cultivating collaborative relationships and reduce the odds that you will unknowingly create “negative relationship karma”. This skill is especially critical for senior level leaders and people with strong personalities.
