Wendi Caplan-Carroll is Constant Contact’s Area Director for the Northeastern United States as well as the Regional Development Director for New York City and North Jersey. Wendi manages the activity of the Northeast Field team of Regional Directors and Authorized Local Experts. Wendi has 25 years of experience supporting small business, with a background in sales management, marketing, promotion, executive coaching and facilitation. Wendi serves on the Board of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. 

Bonnie Kantor is the president of Pressing Issues, a professional web solutions and digital marketing agency located in Metuchen, NJ since 1992. She is a geek disguised as a people-person who works in Dreamweaver, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Bonnie also is a whiz in any program in the Office Suite.

Bonnie is a Director-Consultant at BNI (Business Network International) and has served on several non-profit organization boards. In addition to her role as Authorized Local Expert for Constant Contact, she is a Solution Provider for Accrisoft, a content-management software system and for Blue Genesis, a web-hosting companyA first-born control-freak, Bonnie is a super organizer who pays attention to every detail.



Susan Wilcox is an Authorized Local Expert for Constant Contactand specializes in helping business ownerstake full advantage of the benefits of email marketing, social media and online marketing to generate salesand grow their businesses. Susan has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Hartford. She has over 20years of experience in managing, marketing and advertising for national brands name like Proctor and Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and Arm & Hammer. In her own business, she assists business owners with marketing andpromotion of their brands. She possesses a unique ability to understand the individual needs that everybusiness presents and is appreciated by audiences for her hands on knowledge and willingness to help. Susan enjoys the satisfaction of achieving day-to-day goals that lead to long-term success especially when thatsuccess benefits her clients.
