Each course will be paired with a unique French wine. We will be joined by very special guest Michele D’Aprix of Maz Caz Wines. Michele is currently the onlyAmerican female winemaker in the Bordeaux region of France. She will share her knowledge of fine wines and the Bordeaux region. Svetlana Yanushkevich, DWS, owner of WineNot Boutique, The Wine Steward & professional sommelier, will also be in attendance to share her stories of travel to the region and her extensive knowledge of wines.
