2015 Joint ASCE/SEAW Annual Golf Tournament

The following form allows for both registration and payment for the tournament. If you have already registered and are paying through this site, please ensure that the contact person's name and/or team members' names match the registration. This will ensure that payment is correctly processed.

If you wish to purchase beverages or snacks to hand out to golfers, please use the Hole Sponsor Order Form (Page 3 of Sponsorship Form) from Willows Run, located on the event website, and mail it directly to Willows Run.
