Building an Email from Start to FinishDuring this 3 hour course we'll cover:

  • Creating and Branding a Master Template with Company Colors, Logo & Contact Information, Social Media Buttons, and Links
  • Best Practices and Ground Rules for Creating Content
  • Videos, Images, Call to Actions, Surveys, and Tables
  • Getting Your Emails Noticed in the inbox through your Subject Line, From Name, and using Pre-Header Teaser Text

Email Marketing is constantly evolving and this course helps every user stay on top of the current industry best practices. This module is targeting for users with minimal experience using our contact management tool or for those who are new to Email Marketing. It is also intended for more tenured Constant Contact users but is looking to manage their contacts more efficiently. Anyone who wants to learn about industry best practices on “safe sending”, and who needs assistance identifying areas of opportunity to increase results, this class is for you!

Alex is one of the field trainers for Constant Contact with a background in Marketing and Web Development. Since joining Constant Contact in January of 2011, Alex has worked with thousands of Constant Contact customers across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.. Alex draws on his past experience of also working with small businesses in his hometown of Denver, as well as his experience of working on several websites. Alex currently resides in Southern California and covers California, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
