Course Description:

• Recognize the design documentation required by AIA standard Owner-Architect
  agreements at each design phase

• Identify key decision points within each design phase and the outcomes needed
  to complete the design deliverables

• Determine when to employ delegated design and design assist practices
  to best benefit the overall design process to deliver improved outcomes for owners

• Differentiate between enforceable and unenforceable drawing and specification
  requirements to effectively establish the minimum quality standard for the project
