  Latino/Hispanic, Hmong and Somali communities
• Describe how differences in gender, age, education and acculturation impact ACP conversations
• Explain how to best use the three new videos to stimulate conversations within clinics/health systems, the homes of individuals/patients/clients, and in widespread  community settings
