Dementia Care Consortium August 2015 Meeting 

The Baltimore Dementia Care Consortium (DCC) is an education program for professionals in the health care field. This is a chance to network with peers and hear a lecture. This program is held in various locations across Baltimore CIty and Baltimore County. 

This meeting, attendees will hear from Robin Stockdale, MSW, LCSW-C, CT bereavement outreach and project coordinator of the Tanzania Partnership.  She will discuss the end of life, hospice care and grief when dealing with dementia patients. The meeting will give people the opportunity to share updates with colleagues and tour the community at the Maples of Towson.
