If you have ever thought of starting a business and care to be in a supportive environment brainstorming ideas with other women, this class is for you!

This program begins your journey into developing the mindset, skills and business knowledge to be an effective entrepreneur. This is a true get-down-and-dirty program that takes the best lessons of successful entrepreneurs and creates a process that works in real life.

This class works on two levels:

1) Strengthening your personal and entrepreneurial decision-making process with critical information and resources

2) Providing a safe environment to work out your business concepts through hands on experiments and thought-provoking exercises.

Instructor: Before taking classes at Renaissance, Genessa Kealoha was an accidental serial entrepreneur: from a chocolate business owner, to a instructor teaching rock music to youth groups. Urban Fire I and several other courses at Renaissance helped her hone her vision and skills for her upcoming entrepreneurial venture in arts and entertainment. She's honored and excited to be teaching Urban Fire I for Women, building on Boku Kodama's thousands of hours of research and development of the program, and 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur.

*Important Payment and Scholarship Information: If you would like to apply for a scholarship and receive a discount, you must submit your application one week before class. The class price is based on a HUD guideline and can be applied if your income is in the lower levels. After we approve your scholarship,  we will send you the appropriate code for you to register and make your scholarship payment online.

This class qualifies for 2 installment payment plan. The first payment is due before or on the first day of class. We will inform you when the second payment is due. If you decide after attending the first day of class that it is not a good fit, you may request a full refund.
