EXPO BOOTH SETUP 9:00AM - 11:00AM

Expo participants have the flexibility to setup prior to the event so that businesses will be able to participate during the symposium as well.

Registration 10:00AM - 11:00am

Registration will be located at Mark Twain Hall.  After you register, enjoy networking with others.  Be sure to bring your business cards!

Buffet Lunch & Keynote Speaker 11:00am - 12:45pm

Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch provided by local caterers while you enjoy listening to our Keynote Speaker.  Buffet will open at 11:00am, presentation to begin at 11:30am. 

Keynote Speaker - Joe McClure

Joe McClure is the District Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office in Sacramento and is responsible for the delivery of SBA services in a 21 county area in Northern California.  McClure has been involved in economic developement and small business lending for over twenty years and has held progressively more challenging executive management roles in business and economic developement for the past eleven years.

Business Education Workshops 12:45pm - 4:30pm

Each "Workshop" will be a 45 minute educational session, with a 15 minute break in between sessions.

Business Expo 5:00pm - 7:30pm

FREE & Open to the Public!  Join local businesses in Mark Twain Hall from 5:00pm - 7:30pm to network and learn about businesses and services in the Mother Lode region.  Complimentary wine tasting will be provided by local wineries and food will be available to purchase. 

Promote your business or organization at the Business Expo!  Booth spaces will be available to businesses and organizations for $25.00 for a 10'x10' booth space.  Electricity and 8' tables will be available for an additional cost. 

Please Note: If you want to promote your business at the Expo and the company your represent requires a "no competition clause" with other representatives of the same company please contact calaverasexpo@gmail.com prior to paying for your Expo booth. **One business per booth - no sharing of booth spaces.**

Registration Fees

Payment for Registration can be made through PayPal or by mailing a check.  All registrations being paid by check, must be received within 10 days or registration will be void.
