Debit Card Registration
Dealers Resources, Inc. (“DRI”) is providing Cardholder (you) with a debit card. The card may be periodically loaded with monies in amounts and frequencies determined solely by the cardholder’s employer. DRI may cease or refuse to add funds to the card account at any time and with or without notice to Cardholder for any reason whatsoever or for no reason. Cardholder acknowledges that all funds allocated to the cardholders debit card are made at the sole discretion of the cardholder’s employer.
Cardholder holds DRI harmless against any claim against DRI in the event Cardholder’s employer advises DRI that it should not fund the card account or should fund it in any amount less than or at a time other than that expected by the Cardholder. DRI is in no way liable to Cardholder or any third party in the event funding anticipated by Cardholder is not added to the card account.
It is agreed and understood that the undersigned individual is not an employee or agent of DRI and that this agreement in no way creates an employee/employer or agency relationship. All work performed by Cardholder is performed solely for his/her employer.
Cardholder acknowledges that there may be federal, state or city income or other taxes payable as a result of Cardholder’s receipt of funds added to the card account and authorizes DRI to file any tax information with any government agency requiring same using Cardholder’s Social Security number.
Cardholder agrees to hold DRI harmless from and against any claims, cost, demands, expenses, liabilities and losses, including attorney fees and expenses arising from any claim of the cardholder relating to any action taken or not taken by DRI regarding the funding and or use of the provided debit card or any breach of the agreement governing same.
