2015 Fall Professional Development Conference & Trade Show Registration 

General Show Information

MOVE-IN: Monday, October 19 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

VENDOR ORIENTATION: Monday, October 19 at 3:45 p.m.

SHOW TIMES: Monday, October 19 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. AND Tuesday, October 20 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.          These are DEDICATED show times. We do NOT schedule classroom time during our show times. 

Vendors are welcome to invite their local clients from other agenices to attend the trade show between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday!!

COSTS: Standard 8x10 booth $505 Regular Price - MSA Members receive 15% Discount!  Please use discount code MEMBER2015. Membership renewal may be purchased along with your booth. 

 Additional booths (Membership discount may also be used on these):

• 8x20 booth $855 Regular Price. MINIMUM SIZE FOR VEHICLE DISPLAY!        
• 8x30 booth $1,235 Regular Price       
• 8x40 booth $1,685 Regular Price     
• 16x20 booth $1,685 Regular Price

BOOTH EQUIPMENT: All booths will be 8' deep by 10' wide with 8' high back drape and 3' high side dividers. Booths include one 2' by 8' covered and skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a Booth ID sign. Further information, including shipping instructions, will be emailed to you once your payment is received.

VEHICLE DISPLAY: Vehicles can be displayed in booth space inside the exhibit hall. Exhibitors are required to reserve enough exhibit space to include their vehicle.  Please click here to download Grand Traverse Resort's Exhibit Rules and Procedures. Exhibitors displaying vehicles will be responsible for their own floor protection including drop cloths under engines and boards under tires. Vehicle must be 5 gallons or 1/4 tank, whichever is less of fuel. Vented gas caps need to taped (sealed). There is more information about these requirments in the Rules and Procedures.

*MSA reserves the right to shift Trade Show start and/or end time and orientation time up to one hour either way. Email notifications will be given if times shift. NO changes will be made within 30 days of our conference. Dates will NOT change.

Lodging

This fall we will be staying at the beautiful Grand Traverse Resort & Spa! Click here to download the reservation form. You may fax in the form, call the resort directly, or fill out the reservation form online. The sooner you get your request in, the better opportunity you have to secure a room. The room block expires 9/16/2015.

Photography

The Michigan Sheriffs' Association has engaged the services of a photographer for our conferences. By registering as a vendor for the 2015 Fall Professional Development Conference & Trade Show, you agree that any photographs taken of you may be used in our Newsletters, on Facebook, and on the Michigan Sheriffs' Association website.
