We are proud to be partnering with Shine Restaurant and Gathering Place for our Moving Through Grief…Together program. Through this, GSN offers the community an empowered approach to healing after a loss.

Our monthly, donation-based gatherings provide communal ritual, transformational tools, movement practices to access body wisdom and a sense of wholeness.

GSN Founder & Executive Director Wendy Stern is our featured speaker for August. She will offer a small taste of GSN's Yoga Program, which will be launched this fall. Through Yoga Therapy teachings you will experience moving grief through the body as you are guided through postures that invite self-reflection and understanding.

No yoga experience is necessary, and the postures are very simple and accessible for all!

Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one, and please bring a cushion or blanket to sit on.
