The 17th Annual Soirée Royale Culinary Competition of Acadiana's finest chefs, is presented by the St. Landry Chamber of Conmerce as a premier event and fundraiser for our scholarship program. A recent sold out event assisted the Chamber of Commerce in providing over $10,000 dollars in scholarships to
St. Landry Parish graduating seniors.

Culinary dishes offered are in the categories of
Appetizer, Soup, Meat, Seafood, Yam, Dessert and Chocolate.

Beverage samplings are offered this year by:
Bayou Teche Brewing (craft beer)
Republic National Distributing Co. (wine)s)
