The Alabama Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider for continuing pharmacy education. The ALSHP Annual Clinical Meeting 2015 will provide up to 4.5 contact hours (0.45 CEUs) of knowledge- and application-based continuing education credit from ALSHP-approved programming.
To earn credit, participants must sign the sign-in sheet for each program attended, must attend the entire program, and complete the online evaluation form and self-assessment questions. ALSHP reports credits to CPE Monitor within one month of the event.

The Alabama Society of Health-System Pharmacists Annual Clinical Meeting is devoted to the advancement of health-system pharmacy education for all pharmacists, residents, students, and technicians in the State of Alabama.
