Chef’s Night at Second Harvest Food Bank is excited to welcome the Chefs of Grande Lakes, Orlando on September 24, 2015.

Chef Nathan Harden is the new Chef de Cuisine of Highball & Harvest at the Ritz Carlton Orlando. The restaurant offers southern inspired cuisine and hand-crafted cocktails. H&H pays homage to Central Florida’s abundant harvests moved from field to table with menus laden with ingredients from local farms, as well as their own green-growing efforts. Handcrafted cocktails are infused with seasonal fruits and herbs, and create a culinary adventure that is as inspiring as it is memorable.

Chef Jaden Sheive is the Executive Chef for the Whisper Creek Farm: The Kitchen at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes Orlando. The restaurant offers farm inspired comfort food and craft beers. A desire to bring Grande Lakes’ onsite farm experience to guests brought Whisper Creek Farm: The Kitchen to life.

Together Chef Nathan and Chef Jaden have created a fusion menu from both restaurants for guests of Chef Night to enjoy for one night only. The menu will feature a 4-course dinner as well as a specialty cocktail, wine and hand crafted beer.
