What This Seminar Offers:
During this one day seminar,
students will be instructed to the essential skills necessary to safely be integrated into a big boat crew.
SUBJECTS INCLUDE:
Safety equipment and procedures on deck and below, correct use of winch, MOB recovery: theory and practice and other tasks required for the safe operation aboard a big boat.
In the afternoon they will sail on a selection of big boats
and practice these skills.
Open to junior sailors aged 13-18.

~ Price: $41.00 per person BEFORE August 10th / after $45.00
Price includes morning snacks, lunch, afternoon pizza as
well as raffles and giveaways.
While PAYPAL is preferred, all major credit cards will be accepted.
~ All registration and waivers need to be completed online registration below.
Registrants, PLEASE take note of the following requirements
~ Bring your PFD. THIS IS MANDATORY! The afternoon sessions
will be on the water-drills.
~ SAILING shoes/dinghy boots only.
~ NO FLIP FLOPS OR TEVAS ALLOWED!!!!
~ Pack sun block, hat, towel and bathing suit.
~ PLEASE Bring a Durable re-usable WATER BOTTLE!!
Single use water bottles are NOT permitted. Water is available on site.
~ It is IMPORTANT to check your local weather on the day of the event.
Please be prepared for any type of weather.
