Slow Food WiSE & Bavette

We invite you to join Slow Food WiSE, Bavette and Farm 45 for a special evening on the Farm.  The evening will begin with an assortment of charcuterie hand selected by Chef Karen as we all gather and become acquainted with our surroundings.  Following this will be a tour given by Terry Groth, owner and farmer of Farm 45.  Next, Chef Karen Bell, owner and Chef of Bavette, will be preparing a Family Style Meal.  The grass fed pasture raised meat raised on Farm 45 will be included in our dinner among many other locally sourced ingredients selected by Chef Karen Bell.  Your ticket will also include wine pairings that will be selected by local wine maker, Casey Stringer of Stringer Cellars.
