ACSS 2015 Annual Fall Conference

"Social Responsibility: Teaching Global Awareness and Citizenship" 

Present at the Arizona Council for the Social Studies' Annual Conference, the premier conference for Arizona K-12 Social Studies Educators and Pre-service Teachers!

This call for proposals is intended for those who want to present content and/or successful instructional strategies in social studies education.  The ACSS Conference features sessions in the following strands:  American/Arizona History, World History, Geography, Economics and Civics.  This year's conference theme is "Social Responsibility: Teaching Global Awareness and Citizenship."  All conference sessions are 50 minutes in length.

We are part of the network of more than 110 affiliated state, local, and regional councils and associated groups with the National Council for the Social Studies.
