The 2016 Mega Conference is a tremendous educational opportunity for Accounting, Billing, CEO, CFO, Clinic Office Managers, Coding, Collections, Compliance Officers, Customer Services, Director of Patient Accounts, Patient Accounts Managers, Finance, IT Staff, Materials Managers, Privacy Officers, Registration, and many others.
It allows you to network with fellow associates, learn from industry speakers, and meet business associates from many different industries. This is the sixth bi-annual Mega Conference. The past 2 events in 2012 & 2014 drew over 500 attendees. With a special room rate of $95 for a standard room the Mega Conference is a bargain.
Registration Fees
- $250 - All 3 days at the Early Bird Rate(on or before November 18)
- $300 - All 3 days at the Regular Rate (after November 18)
- $200 - Thursday Only
- $125 - Friday Only
- $75 - Guest Social Pass for Wednesday and Thursday Evening (can only be purchased with full conference registration and be used by a family member or significant other)
- $99 - Exhibitor (existing Exhibitors can add on sessions for this new low price)
Hotel Reservations
The Mega Conference is proud to offer the folllowing amazing room rates for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights:
- $95 for Standard
- $189 for 2 Room Family Suite
- $189 for Royal African Queen
Call 1-877-253-5466 and request a room in the 2016 Mega Healthcare Conference Room Block. Hotel room block deadline is Wednesday, December 16, 2015. After that day, rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.
*In addition to the above rates, discounted rates are also being offered for Friday and Saturday nights. Call the Kalahari for pricing.
**Cancellation policy for hotel reservations: 72 hours, or more, prior to arrival to receive full refund less $25 processing fee. Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival forfeits entire deposit.
