• REGISTRATION FEE: Includes admittance to the entire program and tradeshow, program materials, regreshments, breakfast on Dec. 7 and 8, luncheon on Dec. 8 and receptions on Dec. 6 and 7. Spouse/guest registration includes both breakfasts and receptions.

• PAYMENT POLICY: To qualify for Early Bird rates, payment must accompany registration and be received by Nov. 6.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations will be refunded in full if notification is received on or before Nov. 6. Cancellation notices postmarked or received between Nov. 7 and Nov. 27 will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be procvided to any person cancelling or failing to give notice of cancellation after Nov. 27.
