The American Legion Veterans & Spouses Hiring Event 2015 – San Antonio!

The American Legion-Department of Texas, Workforce Solutions Alamo, Texas Veterans Commission and Texas Workforce Commission invite you to participate in The American Legion Veterans & Spouses Hiring Event 2015 – San Antonio!

This hiring event will connect employers with Veterans, Service Members, National Guard, Reservists, and Spouses seeking employment opportunities.

We highly encourage you to attend the resume workshop that will be conducted an hour and a half prior to the job fair. The class will be followed by one-on-one counseling sessions with counselors and HR managers from the partnering organizations. The counseling sessions will focus on resume building; resume writing, and interview techniques.

There is no cost to participate, but we do ask you to register as a jobseeker on www.WorkInTexas.com prior to the event.  As we get closer to the event, we will send you a list of participating employers along with the occupations they seek to fill.
