Mal has been in the corporate learning and performance field for over 33 years.  Currently as Senior Director of Product Strategy for ANCILE Solutions, Mal’s focus is on achieving business value by enabling learning and performance strategies.  While at RWD and SAP Education for the prior 15 years, he assessed customer business needs and market trends.  The results have been new and different ways to address these needs and support companies in their mission of optimizing employee performance across the enterprise.  For the preceding sixteen years, Mal held several positions in Education Services at Digital Equipment Corporation.
