WNG International Roundtable

Monday, September 21, 2015
4:00 PM - 6:15 PM

The WNG International Roundtable is very pleased to welcome guest speaker Jerry Naumoff, Minister for Foreign Investments, Republic of Macedonia. Minister Naumoff will discuss with us current U.S.-Macedonian economic relations and business opportunities. The Minister's remarks are on the record. WNG boardroom sessions are highly interactive and offer ample opportunity for questions, comments and dialog. We look forward to seeing you there.

About Our Speaker:

Jerry Naumoff
Minister for Foreign Investments
Republic of Macedonia

As Minister for Foreign Investments, Jerry Naumoff is responsible for attracting foreign direct investment to the Republic of Macedonia and, by doing so, creating new jobs and improving the national economy.

Prior to his appointment as Minister, he was the Founder and President of The Naumoff Group, Inc., a risk management advisory firm founded in 1993. The Naumoff Group's corporate clients included international and Chicago-based firms from a wide range of industries. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Naumoff also imported mineral water from Europe, owned a restaurant and built one of the first web-based HR self-service applications, which was later acquired by ADP. During his corporate career, he gained successful marketing and management experience at two Fortune 500 financial insurance companies and two top-ranked Chicago-based brokerage/consulting firms. Mr. Naumoff received numerous national sales production and office management awards, and was promoted several times. Subsequently, he was appointed to the "Advisory Council to the President" by the CEO of one of the largest financial companies in the world. Additionally, Mr. Naumoff has published articles on "Healthcare Reform" and "Self-Funding for Small Businesses" in Business Insurance Magazine.

Minister Naumoff serves on the Board of Directors of two global non-profit organizations focused on the economic development of Macedonia. In 2012, he was selected by U.S. Senator Mark Kirk (R-Illinois) to serve on his European Advisory Board representing the Chicago area's Macedonian-American community. Recently, he was appointed as a Distinguished Fellow of New Westminster College, Vancouver, Canada. Minister Naumoff is a frequent keynote speaker at top international business forums regarding current economic development topics.

Jerry Naumoff attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where he earned a football athletic scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration. He grew up in a large immigrant family in Columbus, Ohio, with roots in Gjavato, Macedonia. From his youth, he worked alongside his extended family in the restaurant they owned and operated for many years. He is married to LuAnn Naumoff, and together they have six children and live in Skopje, Macedonia.
