Three workgroups have been working on short term goals that can enhance the Upstate's food system. Each group focused on goals in one of the following categories: production, processing, and market.
The groups have been meeting over the course of 2015 and will be presenting their progress during this meeting. After presentations attendees will break out into three workgroups (production, processing, and market) and continue work towards the identified short term goals over lunch from a local food merchant.
