Parenting the Child with Neurological Disorders
Presented by
Mike Sumler, LMFT
Parenting a child with High-Functioning Autism, Asperger, Tourette Syndrome, OCD and associated disorders presents with unique challenges. Many parents find themselves frustrated with the day-to-day struggles, which can lead to even more difficulties.
The Joshua Center is offering this three-part workshop starting in October. Join us on three Thursday evenings as we explore new techniques, avenues of support, and receive expert advice for raising children with neurological disorders.
Mike Sumler, LMFT, has worked exclusively with these children for more than twelve years and has helped thousands of parents learn how to change their parenting styles and bring harmony to their homes.
Kris Mitchell, LMFT, joined with us several years ago and also works exclusively with this population. He will be leading the third session and will help with break-out groups.
Schools, physicians and organizations throughout the midwest now refer to both as the experts in the area. You don't want to miss this opportunity!
Register soon. Space is limited.
You may choose to attend one, some or all sessions.
