Established for alumni, faculty, staff and friends of the university, The University of Massachusetts Club is a Member-supported club that provides an atmosphere for Members to meet with colleagues and friends amid the spirit of academic, business and social exchange that the university has fostered throughout its history.
In the heart of Boston’s Financial District, the Club is found on the 33rd floor of 225 Franklin Street with stunning panoramic views of Boston Harbor and downtown. The Club first opened its doors in October of 2005 with a commitment to membership, camaraderie, recognition and quality.

Specifying Building Air Tightness Testing
PRESENTATION OVERVIEW:
How do we properly specify whole building air tightness? The use of air barriers in buildings has drastically increased the need to test the effectiveness of the air barrier. Current and proposed methods, protocols and standards of whole building air tightness testing will be discussed and the attendees will be given direction on how to properly specify whole building air tightness testing.
SPEAKER:
Terry Brennan, President of Camroden Associates, Inc.
Terry is a building scientist and educator. He chairs the U.S.A.C.E. committee on developing new air leakage protocls and the AABA's Whole Building Air Tightness Testing Committee. He is a member of ASHRAE 62.2 Ventillation and Air Quality Committee and has served as a consultant to the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Dampness and Health in Buildings.
This presentation will provide one CEU or AIA credit. The presentation will begin at 6:30PM, we will host our usual networking session and dinner before the presentation beginning at 5:00PM. Note that the time for this event differs from past events and will now start 30 minutes earlier, at 5:00 PM.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE is Friday, September 4th.
Attention to all CSI Boston Chapter Members: Each member is responsible to cancel on or before the deadline if they are unable to attend and have already registered. - Guests are $30 if attending the networking or dinner part of the evening.
- The program, starting at 6:30PM, is free for guests or members.

- $50 for CSI members who advertise with us
- $100 for CSI members
- $180 for non-members (includes dinner for one)
