A series of six presentations led by Dr. Patricia K. Tull,
A.B. Rhodes Professor Emerita of Old Testament, Louisville Seminary
As the birthplace of three religions, Israel/Palestine is a Holy Land for Christians, Jews and Muslims around the world. Millions of people travel to the Holy Land every year to encounter its ancient stones, its contemporary societies, its profound challenges, and its glimpses of God. In this six-week course we will take a “virtual” tour, exploring many of the sights and sounds that pilgrims journey thousands of miles to find. “Tour leader” Trisha Tull has been visiting the Holy Land for 25 years, has led a dozen groups there, and looks forward to introducing others to the beauty and paradox of the land that gave birth to Christian and Jewish Scripture.
The cost for this course is $40. Register below or direct your questions and payment to the Office of Advanced Learning at Louisville Seminary, 502.895.3411 or 800.264.1839, ext. 291, or by e-mail: dcormack@lpts.edu.
The deadline to register is September 16.
