This series of 3 classes is perfect for those exploring business ownership and want more information about what it takes to run a business. Each class (Business Planning, Legal and Finance, and Marketing) can be taken individually or as a series.

You will focus on financial projections, a marketing plan and a strategic plan to get ahead to a great start or take your existing business to the next level. Learn how to measure business opportunities, establish realistic goals and objectives, and finance growth and profitability.

Instructor: Fermín Álvarez, holds both a B.A. in Education, with anemphasis in ESL from Universidad de Ciencias Pedagogicas Felix Varela and a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Universidad Central de Las Villas. An entrepreneur himself, Fermin is the executive chef and co-owner of Our Cuban Kitchen, an Oakland-based catering company, serving authentic Cuban cuisine to the Bay Area community.
