Steve graduated from Vermont Technical College with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology.

Matt Borick, Attorney, Downs Rachlin Martin, PLCC Matt is a Director at Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC in Burlington, where he is a member of the firm's Litigation and Intellectual Property groups.  Mr. Borick's practice focuses primarily on commercial and business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and privacy and data security law.  In the areas of privacy and data security, Mr. Borick counsels clients on matters such as data breach preparedness and response, privacy policies, and cybercrime litigation.

John Handy, CIC, Owner of The Essex Agency, Inc. John has been with The Essex Agency for 32 years, and earned his CIC designation in 1990 and become Principal of the Agency in 1996.  John has served on the Agents Council of many of the carriers which he represents and is a Past President of the Vermont Insurance Agents Association.  John graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Business Adminstration.
