Fresh Sausage Making Class At Basics Co-op

Come and learn the art and science of making fresh pork sausages with Bolzano Artisan Meats. We'll be covering some basics of meat science, while we make two kinds of delicious sausages, using natural pastured pork from Peep Inc. Two to three lbs of fresh natural sausage goes home with each student.
