Illinois Association of Free & Charitable Clinics
2015 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
"Resilient & Relevant"

Monday, December 7
8 am - 5 pm
Starved Rock Lodge & Conference Center in North Utica Illinois

This Conference is your time to connect with others doing similar work and facing similar challenges. Gather with free and charitable clinic leaders from across the state to share solutions, gather new ideas and have some fun!

Participatory workshop sessions will address a wide variety of topics relevant to all types of free and charitable clinics, including successful and effective major donor fundraising, cancer screening and prevention, and volunteer recruitment and retention.

Special Guest Speaker Brent Hafele will change how you think about fundraising and philanthropy. He brings insightful and innovative approaches to engaging donors, as well as tanglible skills you will be able to use immediately. Brent is the former director of the Chippewa Valley Free Clinic in Wisconsin and has an M.A. in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

Consider driving out to Starved Rock on Sunday the 6th. Take time for a winter walk, swim in the warm pool, and join us for a casual come-as-you-are reception.

Discounted Conference-rate rooms are sold out. Full-rate rooms may still be available by contacting Starved Rock directly.

Opening Reception on Sunday evening, 7-8:30 pm

If your clinic isn't yet a member, it's never too late to join!
Membership information is here.

This conference is for free and charitable clinic staff, volunteers, board members, and donors. All clinic stakeholders and supporters are welcome!

Conference fee is $25 per person. This includes all materials and meals, as well as the opening reception. Each person attending must register for the conference separately, even if several are coming from the same clinic.

Scholarships are available. For anyone who cannot pay the $25 registration fee, please contact Rachel Black at rlhblack@gmail.com. We want YOU there!

Plenty of free parking in lot adjacent to the lodge.
