2.  Turbo Charging Brainstorming by 700%: From the CREATE class you learn the two secrets for transforming the effectiveness of your personal and professional ability to both CREATE ideas and to PROBLEM SOLVE challenges.
3.  Driving out Fear through Alignment: From the COMMUNICATE class you learn a simple system for creating the three alignments: 1) Strategic Alignment, 2) Departmental Alignment, and 3) Team Alignment.
4.  Driving Out Compromising on BIG IDEAS during Development: How to use Simultaneous Engineering and Plan, Do, Study, Act cycles of learning during development resulting in ideas growing 28% in value during development.

Afternoon - Advanced Tools  

The afternoon covers advanced tools for driving Alignment, Fail FAST Fail CHEAP cycles of learning, Collaboration and Patent ROI.
1.  Accelerating Project Management: A system that makes development of innovations fun again by moving from a system of command and control to one of enable and engage.

The Innovation Engineering Executive Experience is designed for individuals and teams of up to 6 people.
