Dr. Landsmark is Mayor Martin J. Walsh's first appointment to the Board of the

Boston Redevelopment Authority and the President Emeritus of the Boston Architectural College. During his tenure, the College was recognized internationally as an inclusive multidisciplinary design school.

He serves as a board member of many organizations including: ASID Foundation, Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Historic New England, Historic Boston and The New England Foundation for the Arts.He is also a juror for the New England Design Hall of Fame.
