6:15 P.M. (10-12yr)
7:15 P.M (13-14yr)

At Sharp Performance we believe in the power of the holistically trained athlete, so we focus on more than one skill when training our baseball and softball athletes. We work with players to improve their strength, endurance, hand-eye coordination, and mental toughness in addition to improving fielding and batting skills.
